Building and Applying the Mindfulness Scale for First-Class Referees in Football

Abstract

The thesis aimed to build and standardize the mindfulness scale for first-class football referees for the season (2020-2021) in Iraq. And to identify the level of mental alertness of first-class football referees for the season (2020-2021) in Iraq. Where the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method and correlational relations due to its relevance to the nature of the current research problem, where the research community included the first-class football referees for the southern and central regions of the governorates as follows (Baghdad, Wasit, Diwaniyah, Muthanna, Najaf, Karbala, Babylon, DhiQar, Basra, Misan) and the number of (181) judges, which divided the society into a sample of construction and legalization (129) judgments and (5) judges were excluded because their responses were not complete, and the number of the sample became (124) judgments, and the exploratory experiment sample (10) rulers, and the sample of the experiment The president was (42) judges from the community of origin who were chosen in an intentional manner. After extracting the statistical data, those data were processed through the statistical bag (Spss) and in light of the data, conclusions were reached, which is the construction and legalization of the mindfulness scale for first-class football referees for the season (2020-2021) in Iraq. Identifying the level of mental alertness of first-class football referees for the season (2020-2021) in Iraq. Identifying the significance of the differences between the arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean of the mental alertness scale among first-class football referees for the season (2020-2021) in Iraq. In light of the data, conclusions were reached, and they were reached to build a measure of mental alertness for the rulers of the first degree in football, which is worthy of measuring the mental alertness of the rulers. The current study proved that there are significant differences between the arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean of the mental alertness scale in favor of the arithmetic mean, which indicates that the research sample has good mental alertness. The recommendations were reached, which is the necessity of adopting the mental alertness scale by the Central Referees Committee to determine their level with the rulers for the purpose of selecting the rulers, and thus one of the pillars of the mental operations of the rulers is determined
