Abstract

Modern Athletics Ballistic Drills and their Purpose (ballistic training (to overcome the lack of speed caused by conventional exercises without weights, also called ballistic resistance training), specific exercise involving training (lifting light weights) and relatively high speeds, vest weights, weights and other weights) and target study.

  1. Preparing a curriculum that includes training units on the ballistic method.

  2. Identifying the effect of the training method on some ballistic variables and the physical achievement of a distance of 1500m.

The problem is research. Note that there is weakness; there is a decrease in some of the physical variables in the 1500m race, which may reflect the reason for the poor and poor performance of the runners, both physically and technically, and then negatively affect the outcome of the race. Therefore, the researchers had to delve into the study of this problem and find solutions to it. The researchers came to a set of conclusions.

  1. It was found that there is an effect of ballistic training on the characteristics of the maximum speed of the research sample group.

  2. The ballistic training had a significant effect on the development of the endurance characteristic of the research sample.

The effect of ballistic training on developing the speed endurance characteristic of the research sample group.
