Abstract
Background. Dengue haemorrhagic Fever is a disease that cause by dengue virus and has been global issues until now, according to Indonesia Health Office disease statistic in 2018, Ternate were recorded for the lowest dengue Haemorrhagic fever but has the highest fatality rate compare to other province in Indonesia. Therefor research need to be conduct to measure warning sign from WHO 2009 as prognostic factor for dengue haemorrhagic Fever Objective. To explore of each warning signs as predictor for dengue haemorrhagic predictor. Methods: This research conduct in case control by using secondary data such as medical record of all pediatric with ages below 18 patient who were admitted in January 2019 until December 2019 , the independent variable was warning sign and the dependent variable was non shcok dengue and dengue shock , the data was analysed using ChiSquare, Odd ratio and Logistic Regression for further analysis. Result: from 79 that match inclusion criteria we got sample 26 sample with shock dengue (grade III-IV) and 73 sample with non shock dengue fever (grade I-II), chisquareanaylitc shows that persistent vomiting ,ascites , mucosal bleeding, lethargy and hepatomegaly have a relation with prediction and further analytic using logistic regression shows that the factor that significantly worsening toe become dengue shock were increase of hematocrit>45% follows by thrombocytopenia, hepatomegaly and lethargy. Conclusion: Hematocrit>45% follows by thrombocytopenia, lethargy and Hepatomegaly were a significant factor for predicting dengue with shock
