Developing Model of Management for Excellence in State University Offices

Abstract
Organizational management, planning, operations, and controlling are the processes of managing the organization to achieve goals and effectively. Specific purpose for developing model of management for excellence in state university offices. The collections came from documentary study, study the university of best practices, interview with 15 key informants, survey by questionnaire with 250 samples to data. The current condition to model of high levels and desirable condition to model of most levels, when to considering the areas with the highest need, i.e., operating systems, service users, leading organization, respectively. Factors to model of management for excellence in state university offices were 7th factors and 38th indicators. CFA showed in all factors to significant at level of .01. Relation of management for excellence with satisfaction have to positive relationship of statistical significance at level of .01.
