Main Article Content
Abstract
Off late, Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology is growing rapidly daily around the globe. This technology has entered into almost each and every industry in some or the other way, for ease of manufacturing complex geometries or free form models with minimal time. Irrespective of the complexities this technology manufactures the models really quick. This technology allows customizing each model without any extra efforts. Because of this unique feature AM is the best suited for medical industry to fabricate anatomical models. This paper mainly focuses on the various technologies since inception, and how they are leveraging these technologies in medical industry.
