Abstract

The Seed Of Persea Americana Mill., Belongs To Lauraceae Will Be Collected. The Solvent Isopropanol Is Used For Extraction By Soxhlet Method. The Pulp Of This Fruit Was Reported To Have Various Medicinal Properties. Further The Ethno-Pharmacological Activity Of This Fruit Seed Will Be Targeted In This Research Work. The Isopropanolic Extract Of This Seed Is Investigated For Various Phytoconstituents Antimicrobial Study Using Bacteria (Gram Positive: Staphylococcus Aureus, Enterococcus Faecalis; Gram Negative: E.Coli, Klebsiella Pneumonia) And Pathogenic Fungus (Aspergillus Sp., Penicillium Sp., Trichoderma Sp.,) Antioxidant Study (DPPH) And Anti-Cancer Study Using Hepg2 Cancer Cell Line And VERO Normal Cell Cell Line.
