Abstract

         The importance of research appears in identifying the degree of job creativity that the employee exhibits, which has a major role in the level of completion of the assigned work using the best methods and means in the application and selection of new ideas in solving the problems faced by the supervisor, this leads to the achievement of all the goals that the institution seeks to achieve in order to achieve progress and development in career work and that job creativity is important for all institutions facing a changing competitive environment and the encouragement and urgency of career creativity has become at the forefront of the goals that many institutions seek to achieve, as well as creativity.
