Guarantees of the Rights of Other Persons in Criminal Procedure in the Case of COVID 19

Abstract

This article describes the rights and guarantees of other persons in criminal proceedings. Examples related to this process and descriptions of adopted legislation are also provided. Also, it discusses the concept of participants in criminal proceedings and their classification; state bodies and officials responsible for criminal proceedings; the legal status of public associations, communities and their representatives involved in criminal proceedings, persons representing their interests in criminal proceedings; as well as information on the procedural status of other persons involved in the criminal proceedings.
