Histopathological Study for Endometrial Cancer after Menopausein Najaf Province

Abstract
The present study was carried out to reveal the histological changes in the uterus layers after menopause uterus .was done in the Faculty of Science / University of Kufa, during the period (February 2016 – February2017) .The samples weregotfromAL-Sadder hospital and divided in to two groups according to the age diagnosis of thedoctor.The results of our study shows that the histo-pathological examination of tumor tissue in malignant group revealed the characteristic features of tumor cells including pleomorphism , hyperchromatic well differentiated cells ,high nucleus /cytoplasm ratio and active mitotic division and multilayers of gland with necrotic tissue in group age 40 and these changes was accompanied with presence of tumor in gastric and Brest while normal histological feature with normal cell ,normal tubular gland.in group 20-30 age .conclusionMenopause involves several somatic and mental changes in women. Unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as poor nutrition and physical inactivity, may aggravate the condition of perimenopausal women. Women who lack a positive attitude frequently experience mental and somatic symptoms associated with menopause, exhibiting a lower esteem and low degree of satisfaction with life.However, some women underline positive aspects of their menopause, such as a sense of relief as menstruation stops and there is no longer a need for contraception. Women who regard menopause as a ‘normal physiological transition’ cope with it perfectly and even notice a number of positive changes
