Abstract

The importance of the research lies in preparing visual-skill exercises with auxiliary methods based on educational foundations and aspects and on the basis of developing the speed of movement response and accuracy of the volleyball blocking skill for emerging players in order to reach the best possible skill performance and reduce effort and time.          As for the research problem: through the researchers' perusal of the educational units of the junior volleyball players, they noticed the lack of use of visual - skill exercises when learning basic skills, and since the learning process needs the best methods that are suitable for the sample to be learned, In addition to its compatibility with the level and capabilities of the learners (mental, physical and kinesthetic), and since the skill of the blocking is characterized by rapid and surprising performance, therefore, the emerging player is required to perform it in an elaborate manner and at a high speed.Through the above, the research problem can be summarized by the following question: Does the use of visual-skill exercises with auxiliary means have a positive effect in developing attentional control, motor response speed and accuracy of volleyball blocking skill for emerging players?          The aim of the research was to: prepare visual - skill exercises with auxiliary means of volleyball for young players, as well as to identify the effect of visual - skill exercises with assistive means in the speed of the kinematic response and the accuracy of the volleyball barrier skill for emerging players.          The researchers used the experimental method to solve the research problem, and on the research community, the research community was identified with the (12) players of the Kufa Sports Club junior sports club for the 2020-2021 sports season, and they were distributed into two groups equally in a random way (the draw method), and then dealt with Data using appropriate statistical methods.          As for the most important conclusions, they were: The duration of the independent variable, represented by the number of training units, was appropriate in creating adaptations that express the extent of the development of the experimental research group for the speed of response and the accuracy of the performance of the volleyball blocker skill for emerging players, as well as that the skill exercises with auxiliary means contributed greatly to accurate volleyball blocker skill for junior players.          While the most important recommendations were: Researchers recommend the adoption of skill exercises with auxiliary means as the basic data when training junior volleyball players, conducting similar studies on different activities and age groups.
