Abstract

The worldwide production of concrete is on the expansion to meet the expanding pace of construction. Since cement production adds to greenhouse gas emissions, it is imperative to create elective low-emission covers to lessen the carbon impression of concrete. Fly ash-based geopolymer is an elective cover that can possibly lessen the CO2 emission of concrete production. It has been appeared in changed examinations that the mechanical properties of geopolymer concrete are tantamount to those of conventional Portland cement (OPC) concrete. This paper clarifies the structure and conduct of geopolymer concrete beams.
