Abstract
The article analyzes the possible mechanisms of the development of autoimmune processes, the types, the importance of an infectious agent in the occurrence of an autoimmune process, about existing hypotheses and the influence of genetic factors on the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases that develop as a result of the pathological production of autoimmune antibodies, which can be the causes of the occurrence of pathological processes of an autoimmune nature of various etiology.
