Complication of Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus define as a chronic metabolic disorder ,each ofhyperglycemia and  poor control lead to many complication  in human body , that complication lead to sever motility or morality in patients. The complication of DM can divided in to main types microvascular that effected on small vascular in each of retinal peripheral nerve and kidney that lead to retinopathy, neuropathy and nephropathy disease respectively.  And macrovascular that effected on large vascular including Peripheral Artery Disease, Coronary Artery Disease and Cerebrovascular disease.
